One of Forbes 30 Under 30 in Asia, Henry has turned what was initially a Harvard Business School proposal into a full fledged social enterprise that’s opening doors for generations of students.
A regular day for Jam Acuzar could probably be described as a busy collision between the creative and corporate worlds. While managing her special arts projects Bellas Artes Projects (BAP), where she facilitates workshops, exhibitions and residencies for both local and foreign artists, Jam is also a business development officer for her family’s real estate company, New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI). When it’s personal time that she’s finally able to carve out from her schedule, Jam leaves the city behind and escapes to the sea and mountains.
Business Development Officer, New San Jose Builders Inc.
Founder & Art Patron, Bellas Artes Projects

They say that life takes you to unexpected places and love brings you home. You could certainly say that quote holds true for Jam Acuzar. Having moved to Paris at the age of 18, without speaking any French or knowing anyone, the scary teenage decision turned out to be the best one of her life. Throughout her stay, Jam immersed herself in the worlds of fashion and art, working for a few of the most prominent companies, including Conde Nast International and Sotheby’s. But when all was said and done, all the worldly experiences ultimately led her back home.
Jam is now the business development officer for her family’s real estate company, New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI). Outside of the office, she manages her special arts project, Bellas Artes Projects (BAP), where she facilitates artist residencies, workshops and exhibitions focusing on artist interactions with local craftsmen and the local community. From leaving home to explore the world, Jam is now bringing the world to her home – BAP doesn’t only have an artist residency program that’s running like clockwork, Jam is now continuously receiving residency proposals from both local and foreign artists, and she’s more than happy to bring the art world right to her doorstep.
